By accessing EliteXTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site. As a Wyoming-based LLC, our services are intended for users at least 18 years of age.

EliteXTools operates using Utility Credits (UC) and Premium Credits (PC). UC is earned through site engagement (e.g., Spinning Wheel and Affiliate Program), while PC is purchased. You acknowledge that: (a) PC can be converted to UC at a 1:10 ratio; (b) UC can be converted to PC at a 10:1 ratio once a 500 UC threshold is met; (c) Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as fiat or cryptocurrency.

We provide Lifetime Validity for all credits. However, EliteXTools reserves the right to archive accounts that have shown no login activity for a period of 24 consecutive months. Archived accounts may lose their credit balances to maintain platform database efficiency.

The Spinning Wheel and Affiliate Program are loyalty rewards. Users found using bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to automate credit collection—or to generate fraudulent referrals—will face immediate permanent bans and forfeiture of all balances and commissions. We reserve the right to adjust reward amounts, affiliate rates, and exchange ratios at any time to ensure API sustainability.

We offer a 14-day refund window for Premium Credit (PC) bundles, provided that less than 10% of the purchased credits have been consumed. Once an exchange (e.g., UC to PC) is completed, it is final and non-reversible.

EliteXTools provides AI-generated results and SEO tools "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs or their impact on your business rankings. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
