1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund window for all Premium Credit (PC) Top-up bundles. If you are not satisfied with our tools, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the purchased credits have been consumed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable: (a) Utility Credits (UC) earned via the Affiliate Program , Spinning Wheel or rewards; (b) Credits that have already been exchanged (e.g., UC converted to PC); (c) Any bundle where more than 10% of the PC balance has been utilized.
3. The Exchange Finality
Our internal exchange system (10:1 ratio) is a manual action performed by the user. Once a credit conversion is processed within your dashboard, it is considered a final digital transformation and cannot be reversed or refunded as cash.
4. Crypto & Fiat Specifics
Refunds for fiat payments (Stripe/Credit Card) will be returned to the original payment method. For payments made via NOWPayments (Crypto), refunds will be processed in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund, minus any network/gas fees.
5. Abuse & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all accumulated UC and PC balances. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
